1st time customer.. I drove 36 minutes to try this place out which came highly recommend from a friend. I arrived early & waited about 30 mins for the establishment to open. The smell coming from the smokers tickled my nose & made my tummy growl. When they opened I entered the establishment & was quickly greeted. I browsed the menu and ordered a combo of ribs & brisket with Mac & cheese and potatoes for take out. Theirs only 1 table inside so I’m gonna assume most people just do take out. The ribs were perfectly seasoned and smoked to perfection. Every bite just got better. The brisket was tender and seasoned well too! They provided BBQ on the side but the meat was so good it honestly didn’t need it. I will definitely be back! If you’re looking for good BBQ I recommend you check them out.

I seen this place many times driving by and I finally got to try it. Was there later in the evening and only a few items were available but that was ok. When the food is this good expect it not to be available when you get there later in the evening to get a meal! I ordered the half rack ribs with the brisket, a large baked beans and coleslaw and two hotdog’s for my kids. Waited a tiny bit cause they were busy at the end of the night but very worth it, specially the night before the 4th July. Food was delicious! Worth every penny! Got to hear the owners story of how he came to open up his restaurant. Very happy for him and his success! I’ll be a returning customer!

“Great hospitality” doesn’t even begin to cut it when I think about words to describe this business. I called to inquire about a next day order for a small going away party for my coworker and not only did they immediately accommodate me, but they surprised me with an amazing percentage off of my order too. I brought home dinner that night and had the sampler in my office the next day and the food was simply out of this world. The brisket is divine, ribs are delicious, chicken so moist. I don’t eat pork but I was told it was delicious. My favorite sides are hands-down the beans and cornbread. The use of different bean shapes / sizes pleases me greatly. The flavor profiles are so good and I love the tangy spicy zest of the bbq sauce. My boyfriend is already planning for stopping for lunch next week. We will be lifetime customers because of this experience!!! 10/10–everyone I spoke with was SOOOO incredibly nice.

I came in here for a quick bite before my son's game. I was instantly greeted with a warm smile from Chuck the owner. You could tell right away he believed in his product, offering up a small sample right from the gecko for us to try. It didn't stop there, Chuck began to share his vision and passion for his restaurant and the food he gets to make everyday. There was a sense that he was at home and I felt like I was sitting there sharing in that feeling with him. Then the first bite came, there was a great bark on my first trial rib. Encrusted, but not dry...tender and juicy meat underneath. It was perfection, so of course I had to get more. I grabbed his 4 rib section along with a piece of his corn bread and coleslaw. The cornbread was generous and had that rich buttery corn taste you absolutely want when ordering this bread. He had stated, I would love his coleslaw and I absolutely did. Perfectly blended, sweet and tangy with a hint of pepper. Absolutely lovely. What also was lovely, was Chuck's passion for his business and the love he puts into his food and his eagerness to send you home happy. Well that definitely happened. Thanks Chuck, can't wait to come back for another

If you’re a meat eater… I kid you not — these are by far the best BBQ ribs, both pork and beef, I’ve ever tried. The beauty isn’t just in how incredible the meat was; I also have to comment on the outstanding customer service we received. Chuck, the owner, and his son Phill (who served us) were absolutely amazing human beings. We had a fantastic time enjoying the food and an even better chat with Chuck! Cheers 🍻 and all the very best to you both. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!
